Data deletion
How to remove your connected platform data, disconnect integrations, or delete your Adsily account.
You can stop Adsily from accessing your ad accounts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data. This page explains how.
Option 1 — Disconnect an ad platform (keep your Adsily account)
If you only want to remove Google Ads, Meta, or another integration — but keep your Adsily login — follow these steps:
- Sign in to Adsily.
- Open Onboarding → Connect platforms (or the platform page, e.g. Platforms → Google).
- Disconnect the platform you no longer want linked.
- Optionally revoke Adsily’s access in the ad platform itself (for example, in your Google Account permissions).
When you disconnect, we stop syncing new data. Stored campaign and metric data for that platform in your workspace can be removed on request (see Option 3).
Option 2 — Delete a workspace
If your organization has multiple workspaces and you want one removed:
- Disconnect all ad platforms in that workspace (Option 1).
- Email [email protected] from the email address on the account.
- Include the subject line: Workspace deletion request.
- Tell us the workspace name and organization name you want deleted.
We will confirm by email before permanently deleting the workspace and its data.
Option 3 — Delete your full Adsily account
To delete your user account and all workspaces you own:
- Disconnect every connected ad platform in each workspace (Option 1).
- Email [email protected] from your account email.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your full name and the email you use to sign in to Adsily.
We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What we delete
When an account or workspace deletion is confirmed, we remove or anonymize, as applicable:
- Your profile and login details
- Organization and workspace records you own
- OAuth tokens and platform connections
- Synced ad account, campaign, and performance data
- Audit findings, reports, and recommendations tied to that workspace
What may be retained
We may keep limited records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Billing and invoice records (if you had a paid plan)
- Security and abuse-prevention logs (typically up to 90 days)
- Backups that are purged on our normal backup rotation cycle (up to 30 days)
