Shipping and Delivery Policy
Adsily is a cloud-based software service. There are no physical goods to ship. This policy explains how access to the service is delivered after purchase.
Digital delivery
Adsily is delivered entirely online as Software as a Service. When you sign up or upgrade, access is provisioned to your account immediately, with no physical shipment involved.
Activation timeline
- Free trial: available instantly after you create an account.
- Paid plans: activated immediately once payment is confirmed.
- Enterprise: provisioned during onboarding on the timeline agreed with your team.
Accessing the service
You access the platform at your workspace URL using your login credentials. A modern web browser and an internet connection are required. No installation or download is needed.
Delivery confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email when your account or plan is activated. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after payment, contact [email protected].
Service availability
We aim for high availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible. Availability commitments for Enterprise plans are set out in the applicable agreement.
