These terms govern your access to and use of Adsily. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Adsily is a decision-support platform for advertising performance. It provides analysis, recommendations, and reporting. It does not guarantee specific advertising results, and recommendations are advisory. You remain responsible for changes applied to your ad accounts.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members access.
- You must have authority to connect any ad account or data source you link.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through unauthorized means.
- Do not use the service to violate any platform policy or applicable law.
- Do not resell or expose the service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are described in your order or plan agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
We own the platform, software, and brand. You own your data and the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Third-party platforms
The service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and Shopify. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
